Remark: The files* of Table 3 serve for a PDF output with linearisation data S16E0xSP.DAT (x=0..7) in the Distiller Startup (S) directory and not for a PS output.

*) Please transfer e. g. the PDF file S16E00SP.PS with the file S16E00SP.DAT in the Distiller Startup (S) Directory, which uses the parameter i*ptrsc=0. Then this PDF-file produces the same output as the file S16E00FP.PDF of the Table 2. All the files S16E0xSP.PS (x=0,7) of the Table 3 are distilled with only the default file Example.ps in the Distiller Startup (S) Directory.
