*) Please transfer e. g. the PDF file S30E00SP.PS with the file S30E00SP.DAT in the Distiller Startup (S) Directory, which uses the parameter i*ptrsc=1. Then this PDF-file produces the same output as the file S30E00FP.PDF of the Table 1.

Remark: The files* of Table 3 are intended for a PDF output with linearisation data (L/S/Q)30E00SP.DAT in the Distiller Startup (S) directory and not for a PS output.
